Putting care into careers

Do you want to learn about a truly inspiring brand? St Monica’s Trust has been transforming the lives of both its residents and employees in the UK health and care services for over 100 years. We were blown away by their unwavering commitment to their people and their incredible reputation. We knew we had to create a campaign that captured the difference and quality of working at St Monica Trust and position them as an employer of choice in the UK.

What we did 

Our brand recruitment campaign was inspired by St Monica’s reputation for trust and excellence, using the tagline ‘In People, careers and care we trust’. We wanted to showcase the benefits and quality of working at one of the UK’s most prominent late-life care brands. With a focus on the people of St Monica’s Trust, we created social posts, a hero film, and four hub films, which featured interviews with different staff members. We also developed a landing page that directs users to learn more about the employee benefits at St Monica’s Trust.


Our campaign has been a resounding success! We received over 8,000 users to the landing page within a few months, with 10% of those filling out the application form or emailing the Trust to apply for roles. We are proud to have played a part in attracting those who want a career in care to apply for roles at St Monica Trust.


In the current climate, healthcare and care roles are in high demand, and we believe that the family feel that St Monica’s Trust offers will be appealing to those seeking a meaningful career in care. For the next phase of the campaign, we will be using our hero film to advertise roles, encouraging people to embark on a career that is puts care into carer.
