St Monica Trust

St Monica Trust is recognised in the South West of England for its high quality care for older people in its assisted living accommodation and specialist nursing and dementia care homes. But the retirement villages wouldn’t run without the important and invaluable contribution that all of its staff.

With more than 1000 staff we were blown away by their unwavering commitment to their people. With this in mind, we knew we had to create a campaign that captured this point of difference and experience of working at St Monica Trust, positioning them as an employer of choice in the South West.

Our approach

The recruitment campaign was inspired by St Monica’s reputation for trust and excellence, using the tagline ‘In People, careers and care we trust’, we wanted to showcase the benefits and quality of working at one of the UK’s most prominent late-life care brands. With a focus on the people of St Monica Trust, we created a hero film, four hub films and social posts which featured interviews with different staff members. We also developed a landing page that directs users to learn more about the employee benefits at St Monica Trust. We ran a digital campaign for  included a Instagram and Facebook campaign, local press advertorial, as well as a phone media campaign.


Our campaign has been a resounding success! We received over 8,000 users to the landing page within a few months, with 10% of those filling out the application form or emailing the Trust to apply for roles. We are proud to have played a part in attracting those who want a career in care to apply for roles at St Monica Trust.
