Simon lives and breathes SBW. Proud to have built an agency that continually wins awards and changes behaviours for the better, he’s always on hand to support the team in delivering a brilliant service. An avid golfer, Simon won’t say no to brainstorming sessions over a match play.
The force that gives our agency direction, Leticia drives forward SBW’s mission – to make a positive impact through all we do. She has a talent for transforming complex briefs into inspiring, strategy-led campaigns, while inspiring our teams to deliver brilliant work. You will find her skipping rope when she is not paddle boarding to her heart’s content.
A lateral thinker, Cerys sets the vision behind the impactful ideas which motivate our audiences to change their behaviour, for the better. Working with our creative team, she helps bring to life the campaigns and brands that win the hearts and minds of our audiences. She’s happiest when she’s on her bike and enjoying off grid holidays with friends and family.
Ensuring all our clients are happy is Rich’s top priority. A natural in developing strong relationships with clients and partners, he has extensive advertising experience with major brands. With strategic and operational knowledge second to none, he is also here to develop and direct the wider team. A real foodie, he enjoys nothing more than trying new restaurants and eateries (if he can find a babysitter, that is!).
Analytical and a natural problem solver, Ian is always improving the way we do things so we can keep delivering brilliant work. From our systems and processes, to ensuring our teams have the knowledge, skills and tools they need, he keeps the agency moving effectively and smoothly. With a cool head even in the most stressful of times, Ian is everyone’s ‘go to’ in a crisis! Indie music on the other hand, gets him really moving!
Leading on several Welsh client accounts from our Cardiff office, Emily is an expert when it comes to looking after our clients. She is brilliant at deeply understanding their goals and drivers, so we can deliver against them. A Swansea girl at heart, Emily moved to Cardiff over 10 years ago and never returned! She loves all things pink (the best colour obvs!).
With an unbreakable positive attitude, there is no such thing as too challenging a brief for Ida. With great project management skills, she makes sure campaigns are implemented on time and budget. Even though Ida is originally from Sweden, she is Welsh at heart, having lived most of her life in Wales and embracing the culture fully (she is loving learning Welsh!).
A natural when it comes to project management, you can count on Tom to make sure everything runs well and smoothly from start to finish. With a Fine Art and Strategic Advertising degree he truly understands what goes behind great advertising campaigns, be that in terms of ideas, design or strategic thinking. In his spare time, Tom is a silversmith. You may find him and his creations at artisanal markets across the Southwest.
With amazing organisation skills, a sharp mind, and an impressive can-do attitude, you can trust Angharad to get the job done. From the Valleys and proud, Angharad is a fluent Welsh speaker. A stickler when it comes to Welsh, she is all about ensuring bi-lingual campaigns are as powerful and engaging both languages, beyond just translations.
With a warm and always sunny attitude, Georgia supports our Bristol client services’ team. Originally from London, she came to the city to study English, but loved it here so much that she stayed after university and doesn’t ever want to leave! A bit of a film buff, you’ll find her hanging out in all the best indie cinemas across Bristol.
With a driven and upbeat attitude, Jasmine makes sure jobs get done while inevitably motivating those around her. It’s no wonder she became a key member of the Cardiff team, supporting on several Welsh client accounts. A University of South Wales graduate in Media Production, she is passionate about the finer details that go into delivering a complex integrated campaign. A self-proclaimed coffee addict, she loves reading a book while sipping a perfectly made cappuccino.
A self-confessed nerd for all things digital, Jordan is a natural at creating attention grabbing and insightful social media content. When he isn’t busy brainstorming social ideas, Jordan can be found hiking in the Welsh mountains with his dog Meg or pushing for a new personal best in weightlifting.
Passionate about marketing and with a master’s degree in digital media, Shauna brings knowledge and excellent communication skills to the role. Her calm and collected head help her keep cool when delivering various projects and dealing with multiple deadlines as well as in the yoga studio in her spare time. That is when she isn’t whipping up a vegetarian storm in the kitchen.
Amber applies her positive and can-do attitude to everything she does. With a degree in Media and Communications, she is now turning her knowledge into experience, providing support to bring campaigns to life from concept to launch. When she’s not working, you can find her exploring the sights of Bristol, photographing the city on of her film camera, or perfecting her coffee cake recipe.
With a Creative Advertising degree from Falmouth University and 7-years’ experience of working in the FMCG sector, Chloe has built some amazing analytical and problem-solving skills which puts into action when developing comms strategy and delivering research and insight projects. When not running social listening research, delivering focus group research or working on strategy proposals, you’ll find Chloe exploring the South West with her dog Teddy or pursuing goals of becoming a superstar bedroom DJ.
From search and display to social media channels, Chris takes care of everything paid digital. His expert know-how, combined with a goal-orientated approach means he creates successful campaigns that reach and engage the right audiences and deliver excellent ROI. We’re still waiting to see his best skateboarding moves (we will make sure we have the camera on when it happens!)
Rob is an award-winning creative with over 16 years experience, including many accolades such as sending plasterboard into space, turning Tony Robinson into a dog, and making Alun Wyn Jones brush his teeth! When he is not working his magic developing creative, he looks after his dog Dodger aka The Barkful Dodger.
Warm and always with a sunny attitude, Sara injects positive energy to our studio team and all her design work. She is passionate about cakes and cooking delicious, vegan and sugar free dishes! When she is not baking she is taking amazing photos!
Lauren, our South African springbok mega fan, boasts an extensive design portfolio of 15+ years, working with a variety of clients from public sector to luxury brands. Beyond the studio walls, you can find Lauren roaming the great outdoors, chasing after her cheeky puppy Rigby.
Always optimistic and motivated, Bogdan brings oodles of enthusiasm to our studio team. Passionate about graphic design, and a talented illustrator, he is always hungry for the next brief. When he’s not in the studio, he enjoys travelling with his friends and spending his weekends exploring Bristol’s music scene and culture.
From film editing to animation, Geraldo is always on hand to provide support to our studio team. Based in Brazil, he ‘extends’ our studio hours to late in the evenings, a life-saver when it comes to urgent last minute amends. Always warm and friendly, you smile when you work with Geraldo. He loves a good GIF, almost as much as his two cats, Aquiles and Kare.
Kristina holds the important responsibility of overseeing SBW’s finances. As well as managing cash flow, looking after all in-going and outgoing payments, Kristina also takes care of all HR & Facilities duties for SBW.
Amazingly multi-skilled, Kathryn’s enviable experience in all aspects of marketing and advertising, means she is player you want in your agency team. A quick thinker with a common-sense approach, she is an exceptional strategist and project manager. A proper bookworm, she can’t resist a good read!
A trusted partner over many years, James has built over 50 websites with SBW. Professional, reliable and with a strong work ethic, he is simply the best. With a work hard, play harder approach, he loves skittles and travelling.
Steve was CEO of his own agency before it was bought by Brey Leino, where he stayed for a while as their Creative Director. He’s now semi-retired but still one of the most enthusiastic and brilliant ad men you will ever meet. He regularly supports Cerys developing the big idea, the killer headline and beautiful words for campaigns.
With a love for language and poetry, and an imaginative mind that sees endless possibilities for a creative use of words, Nei is an award-winning poet, linguist and broadcaster. He works with our creative team from conceptualising to crafting engaging copy and messages, with a Welsh first approach to our campaigns in Wales.
