#SBWAgencyLife in November 2025!

We’re shortlisted for the RAD Awards 2026!

We’re absolutely thrilled that our Gloucester NHS Midwifery Film has been shortlisted in the ‘Single Use of Video’ category at the RAD Awards 2026!

After taking home the RMA Award back in October, we’re incredibly proud to see this work continue to shine. Fingers firmly crossed for awards night! 🤞

Our Help us Help You Campaign goes live…

Our latest Help Us Help You campaign for Welsh Government and Public Health Wales tackles a familiar challenge: when minor illnesses strike, many people still default to the GP or A&E.

Using behavioural insights, we reframed alternative NHS services, such as your local pharmacy, as expert-led, free, and easy to access. The result? A multi-channel campaign across TV, radio, OOH and digital that feels personal, relevant, and timely.

With a hero film capturing everyday disruptions, targeted digital assets for 25+ common ailments, and a seamless multi-channel rollout, the campaign aims to help reduce pressure on the NHS and keep care moving for everyone.

Watch our hero TV ad – huge thanks to our film production partner On Par. for helping us bring this message to life in such a positive way!

… and our Climate Action Wales Heat Pump campaign

We’ve launched a campaign for Welsh Government to make sustainable heating feel simple, smart, and affordable, promoting the £7,500 UK Government grant to help with installation costs.

Our goal? To give homeowners confidence that heat pumps aren’t just eco-friendly, they’re the smart choice for keeping homes warm and saving money compared to traditional gas boilers.

Running across targeted digital, OnDemand TV, social, and door-drops, this campaign helps more homes switch to low-carbon heating and move closer to net zero goals. Shout out to Geraldo, our brilliant in-house animator for producing our cool TV ad and all our team who made it happen!

On set with Gloucestershire Hospitals NHS

Lauren had an exciting day on set with On Par. filming the second recruitment video for Gloucestershire Hospitals, spotlighting the incredible work of nurses across Gloucestershire Royal and Cheltenham General hospitals. Plenty of behind-the-scenes magic was captured, and we can’t wait to see this powerful story come to life.

Empowering NHS teams to deliver smoke-free care

We’re excited to kick off a new internal communications campaign for Public Health Wales, designed to empower hospital staff to complete training that helps them support smokers in their care. This behaviour-change initiative will run across hospitals in Wales, where smoking is prohibited in all buildings and grounds. It’s a meaningful project with the potential to make a real difference, and we’re proud to be part of it.

Small electricals, big impact: our Workplace Recycling sWEEE campaign switches on

We’ve just launched our Small Electrical Recycling (sWEEE) digital campaign, and it’s all about making recycling easy for workplaces across Wales. With big changes coming in April 2026, this warm-up campaign is helping staff get ready by showing exactly which small electrical items can be recycled and how to do it responsibly. From Meta and LinkedIn to Google Search, we’re spreading the word and sparking action, because when it comes to recycling, small steps lead to big impact.

Teulu Cymru celebrates World Children’s Day

Earlier this month, we joined the global celebration of World Children’s Day with a fresh digital push for the Welsh Government’s Ending Physical Punishment campaign, building on Wales’ proud commitment to children’s rights, where physical punishment has been illegal since 21 March 2022.

We continued to promote our four new hero films which launched during Parenting Week in late October, but also developed specific social assets with a tailored message for the day:

‘This is Wales. Where children are raised, but hands are not.’

It’s a simple but powerful reminder of what matters most, keeping children safe, supporting positive parenting, and strengthening family connections. Because every child deserves a childhood free from harm.

Inspiring students at Cardiff University

Elise headed to Cardiff University School of Journalism, Media & Culture at Cardiff University to share her career trajectory and current working life with students as part of their annual employer panel. A brilliant session, and a reminder of how important it is to keep opening doors for future creative talent. Proud of you, Elise! 👏
