North Bristol NHS Trust - Where the Theatre Team take centre stage

We’ve set the stage for the Theatre Team

At North Bristol NHS Trust, we’ve got so much to offer anyone who’s thinking about a career in the theatre. If your ambition is to become a theatre practitioner or health care support worker – or if you’re already working as one but feel the time is right for a change – here’s an opportunity you won’t want to miss.

We’ve really set the stage for our theatre teams. Firstly they have the chance to live and work in Bristol, a diverse and vibrant city which truly has something for everyone. Then, they have the benefit of working in a twin-site hospital which offers an excellent range of clinical specialities and serves as the major trauma centre for the South West. And if that’s not enough to be excited about, we have a brand new, state of the art hospital due to open in 2014.

We want our people to develop with us so we provide access to a wide range of learning opportunities as well as offering a well structured perceptorship scheme and support portfolio development for registered practitioners. Our Health Care Support workers will also undertake an apprenticeship framework which provides a nationally recognised qualification.

James: I enjoy the variety in our work and caring for patients from all the different specialties within the Trust.
