Our initial brief was to create a brand new tagline and branding concept for this established Caymanian insurance company.
We approached the brief by thinking about the Cayman Islands. People choose Cayman for its lifestyle, its climate, and its culture, and our idea was to position Cayman First as a business which really understands the islands, and the people who live there—making the company a natural choice.
We chose a line which would naturally capture this sentiment—‘For us, it is Cayman First.’ This line would then be used across a wide variety of media, from banners, to posters, to radio adverts, animations, scripts for live action films, and more. We have two animations which are currently available on YouTube and on the Cayman First Facebook page, for home and hurricane insurance, and motor insurance, and we are currently in the process of rebuilding the entire Cayman First website
During the number of months that we have gotten to know this Cayman insurance provider, our new brand vision for the company, which has been expressed across digital banners, radio adverts, animations, and more, has helped them to meet their performance targets, and reach out to further customers. This will culminate in the creation of their new website which is due soon—so watch this space.
