Championing positive change is at the heart of what we do, and 2025 was no different. This year was packed with campaigns that truly made an impact. Here are just a few highlights:
“This is Wales. Where children are raised, but hands are not.” We helped Welsh Government remind a proud nation that physical punishment is illegal in Wales with positive parenting advice. Four heartfelt films captured everyday family moments and directed parents to age-specific resources.
We continue to turn awareness into action with simple, practical tips for parents of 0–5-year-olds to boost speech and language development. Because those little conversations really do make a big difference.
We developed an engaging toolkit for parents and carers of children with ALN to make support more accessible across Wales, reinforcing the commitment to inclusive education.
At the start of the year, we helped thousands of families unlock benefits they were entitled to, putting over £2 million back into the pockets of those who needed it most.
When sniffles strike, too many people head straight to the GP or A&E. Our campaign highlighted the Common Ailments Service at pharmacies, expert-led, free, and easy to access. With TV, radio, OOH, and digital, we made healthcare feel personal and practical.
Shortlisted for Best Health Cause at the Purpose Awards, this campaign encouraged early lung checks to save lives.
Our award-winning film A New Life Starts Today celebrated real midwives and families, inspiring the next generation of NHS staff.
Heat pumps are smart, sustainable, and (thanks to a £7,500 grant) more affordable. We made the switch feel simple with targeted digital, OnDemand TV, and social, plus a slick animated ad from our in-house animator.
From reducing food waste to repairing more, our national Climate Action Wales campaign inspired a nation to take small steps toward big environmental wins.
Another step toward a greener nation! We raised awareness of the environmental damage and fire risks of single-use vapes, helping businesses prepare for the law change.
Ahead of 2026 changes, we launched a digital campaign showing workplaces how easy it is to recycle small electricals.
We gave LCCC a bold new identity to match their mission: accelerating Net Zero. Modern, confident, and accessible.
Inspiring the next generation through authentic influencer voices and digital-first campaigns that sparked real conversations about future careers.
We helped launch Volunteering Marketplace, a game-changing platform making it easier for charities and businesses to connect with volunteer opportunities.

Our teams in Bristol and Cardiff grew stronger.
We welcomed new faces, Bill, Nicole, Kate, and Elise; and celebrated promotions for Lauren, Kate, and Angharad. Outside the office, big life moments happened: Tom welcomed baby Cassian, and Ian tied the knot with Lydia.
We also gave back – planting trees, clearing hedgerows, and mentoring students at Cardiff University and University of South Wales.
2025 was a year of creativity, collaboration, and growth.
