We officially began our partnership with Careers Wales – our latest win in the Education and Training sector! We’re taking a targeted, digital-first approach to reach young people and their parents, to help them make informed choices about their futures. Using paid digital, video, and smart creative, our goal is to reach students where they are and promote Careers Wales’ new self-booking system by raising awareness of the expert support available through Careers Wales and Working Wales.
It was all lights, cameras, and a lot of action for the Welsh Government’s Parenting. Give it time. and Ending Physical Punishment campaign shoot earlier this month. A massive shoutout to the team who absolutely smashed it across two intense filming days – from late-night supermarket shoots to gaming setups, outdoor play scenes, and even capturing those tricky homework moments. Long days and lots of coffee later, we’ve captured some brilliant content to represent parenting in Wales.
We’re thrilled to welcome Elise as the newest SBW-er! As a UCL English Literature graduate, Elise is bringing fresh energy, creativity, and a passion for crafting campaigns that matter, and we’re so excited to have her on board.
Exciting things are brewing for Help Us Help You as we prepare to launch our Freshers Week campaign this September! From concept to rollout, the team’s been working hard to craft content to encourage students to make the best use of NHS resources – from registering with a GP and finding a local pharmacy to accessing mental health support. The campaign consists of 10-second bilingual motion ads that will run across digital channels and OOH screens, ensuring maximum visibility at a key moment in their university journey.
Sharing his highlights from leading the campaign, Bill said: “The most exciting part has been developing bold creatives that speak directly to students and seeing them come to life across high-impact channels to get HUHY’s message out there where it matters most.”

Leticia and Eva took on the course this month, powering through ice baths, rope climbs, and endless mud to cross the finish line smiling. We’re so proud of them for absolutely smashing it!
Our Cardiff crew took some well-deserved time out this month with a team social; good wine, great food, and even better company.
Speaking of escapes, August has been a month of jet-setting for team SBW. From France to Greece, Spain to Ireland, and Portugal for good measure, we’ve been soaking up the sun, ticking off bucket-list spots, and making the most of the summer vibes before campaign season kicks into high gear.
We’ve ended the Summer with celebrations at SBW – Ian recently tied the knot, and Tom welcomed a beautiful new baby into the world! Huge congratulations to them both 🎉
