If you are ineligible for public funding or legal aid then your case maybe funded privately. Your legal advisor will provide you with full details of our charging structure and billing.

It may be that your case might be suitable for a no-win no-fee arrangement, WBW Are able to offer such arrangements. Your advisor will provide you with further information on request.

Before the event insurance

It may be that you have a legal expenses policy which may cover some or all of your legal costs. Your advisor will be able to discuss this with you.
